Following  a personal consultation with your medical aestethetic practitioner to discuss your wishes and expectations in the context of the treatment advice will be given accordingly and selection of the appropriate product for you and your treatment plan. The treatment itself is minimally invasive and, therefore, almost painless.

When Polynucleotides are injected into the skin, they stimulate the production of collagen¹ and elastin, which help to improve the texture and elasticity of the skin³. Polynucleotides also enhance the skin’s natural ability to retain moisture, resulting in a more hydrated and youthful appearance³.

For best results, it is advised a minimum course of 3 treatments to be administered every 2-4 weeks. Your Medical Aesthetic Practitioner will advise on number required for your skins specific needs and will create a bespoke treatment plan for you.

To maintain your results, it is advised to repeat the treatment regularly. Your HCP will advise you in your individual case. However, the following factors must be considered in terms of their influence on the duration of effect:

• Lifestyle
• Physical activity
• Exposure to UV light
• Age
• Skincare maintenance

Before the treatment, you should inform your HCP about your medical history and any prior aesthetic procedures as well as your expectations. For example, if you regularly take anticoagulation medication with medical advice, you may consider to abstain from this for 14 days before the treatment.
After the treatment, in general, you should allow your skin to rest a little after the treatment and avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, and strong UV light, during the first week post treatment. You can usually use make-up again after one day. Your HCP will inform you in detail and discuss with you during your consultation and again on the day.

If the following is applicable to you, PN-injectables should not be administered: 

• circulatory disorders
• ongoing dermatitis
• epilepsy
• diabetes
• ongoing herpes infection
• infection
• previous or ongoing autoimmune diseases or subjects undergoing immunotherapy
• serious allergies or ongoing inflammation
• acknowledged hypersensitivity to the product components

PN-injectables must not be used in pregnant or breastfeeding women.
PN-injectables must not be used in people under the age of eighteen.
PN-injectables must not be used in people with autoimmune diseases.
The use of fish derived PN is contraindicated in individuals with a positive history of allergy to fish products.
